We will set up an Exceptional registration after the deadline. However, only those who participate online and do not apply for presentation are acceptable. If you plan to present at the conference, please make sure to complete registration and abstract submission by the above deadline.
Important Notice for Participants
Please note that onsite registration and payment of fees will not be possible. All interested to attend need to register in advance and pay registration fees through your PayPal account. Registration Fees
We have three types of registration fees depending on how you participate and your career.
- On-SITE: 55000 JPY
- Online : 35000 JPY
- Online for Early Career Researcher: 20000 JPY
(Students and Postdocs who completed Ph.D. within 5 years)
Registration Fees Covers…
- Attendance at all sessions during the Conference.
- On Site Registration fee includes the icebreaker, coffee and snacks during breaks, lunch on all four conference days (22nd – 25th May).
- Please note that all payments are not refundable.
Banquet Ticket
- Please submit the number of tickets you need in the registration form.
- The fee is 10000 JPY for Mid/Senior and 8000 JPY for Early Career Researcher (charged with the registration fee）.
- Payments are not refundable.
- Banquet will be held on 23rd May.
- You can enjoy live music and a variety of dishes, including Japanese food.
How to Register?
- To register, please fill out the Registration Form and submit your abstract through Google Forms.
- Please use the same e-mail address for both Abstract submission and Registration.
- Once you submit the registration form, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
- If you don’t receive the confirmation e-mail, please check the e-mail address you filled (spell miss, etc.), and re-submit the form. If your e-mail address is correct but no confirmation e-mail is found, please check your spam mail folder, too.
- Within 10 business days after the registration, a payment request from PayPal will be sent to your e-mail address. Please pay using the payment link provided in the e-mail. If you don’t receive a payment request e-mail within 10 business days, please contact us (6thisc2022@gmail.com).
- To use the payment link, you need your own PayPal account. If you don’t have your own account, please make a new one for free. If you can’t or won’t make the account, please contact us to make payment through international bank transfer.
